Wendy Levy is arguably one of the most knowledgeable and professional conference planners in Atlantic Canada.  Involved in the hospitality and tourism industry for twenty-nine years, Wendy has worked in various positions in the major convention hotels ranging from banquet manager to director of sales & marketing.  Her experience in sales & marketing has been extensive and has involved provincial, regional and national projects. For the past sixteen years, she has owned and operated Innovative Planning Inc., considered one of the region’s leading conference, event management and consulting firms, working with a broad range of organizations, large and small, to assist in developing, marketing, selling, funding and managing events. 

As an independent planner, she has had countless opportunities to work with boards and committees to plan and execute successful conferences and events. Some of her most recent projects include Swatch FIVB Junior World Volleyball Championships; Saltscapes East Coast Expo; Saint Mary’s Alumni Dinner, The Great Offshore Picnic, Atlantic Human Resources Conference and Trade Show, Nova Scotia Optometrists Annual General Meeting and Trade Show and Canadian Offshore Resources Exhibition & Conference.  Wendy played a strategic leadership role in all these events.
