TICKETS OPTIONS

One (1) individual ticket is the purchase of a "pod/bubble". The one ticket can be used for a maximum of four (4) or ten (10) people, depending on which tickets been purchased. 

Vehicle Tickets will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis when gates open two hours prior to the show. If you would like more of a selection in your viewing location, we suggest arriving early. Harbour Hopper Upper Deck and Premium Table tickets are reserved seating. 

 

There are three types of tickets available for purchase:

    Harbour Hopper Upper Deck (10 person)

              These seats are on the upper deck of the Harbour Hopper. A group of ten people will be able to                    enjoy the show with a raised view. The audio will be heard through the main speaker system. 

    Premium Table Seating (10 person)

              This seating will be ground level to the right and left of the stage. Two sheltered picnic tables will                  be able to host your bubble of 10 people. The audio can be heard through the main speaker                          system.

    Vehicle Pod (4 person)

              Each ticket is the purchase of an 8’ x 18’ space for up to four people in the parking lot. You will be                permitted to bring your own lawn chair and site outside of your vehicle, if you choose. These spots                are general admission and will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. Smaller vehicles will                  be directed to the front spaces.

How do I purchase my ticket?

Tickets are available for online purchase only on the Waterfront Theatre event page on www.TicketHalifax.com. 

 

What does my one (1) ticket get me? 

There are three (3) different types of tickets that can be purchased:

    Harbour Hopper Upper Deck (10 person)

Can I bring a trailer? 

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. The vehicle must be able to fit within a single parking space. 

 

If I’m bringing children, is there a discounted ticket? 

Tickets are issued on a per spot basis. The age of the attendees does not result in an adjustment on the price. Due to capacity limitations a child under the age of 2 will still count as one of the people in your group.

 

Am I allowed to leave my outdoor pod or vehicle? 

Guests will be permitted to exit their pod to purchase food and use the washrooms. Guests in their vehicles can watch the movie from beside their vehicle. We suggest bringing a camper chair with you for this set up.

 

Where do I enter the parking lot?

Guests will enter the event site through the one of the parking lot entrance off Lower Water Street. Please have your digital ticket available for scanning at time of entry. 

 

What health and safety protocols are being put in place?

All staff are required to wear masks. There also will be sanitizer stations available for use to guests and staff. We ask that guests stay in their allocated areas when they are not using the washroom or purchasing food. 

 

When should I arrive?

Gates will open two hours prior to the show and close 30 minutes after the start of showtime. During that time, guests will be permitted to exit and re-enter the event site as desired until showtime. 

 

Can I leave my vehicle in the lot for the night after the show?

Yes, you are able to leave your vehicle without incurring additional costs until 9am the next morning, for evening showings. After that time, remaining vehicles will be towed to make space for the next show.

 

Will there be food available for purchase at the show?

Yes, there will be food and drink available for purchase. We will have Miller's Kettle Corn. This is an alcohol free event. 

 

How do I listen to the entertainers?

If you have purchased a Harbour Hopper or Premium Table ticket, the audio will be carried through the main speaker system. If you have purchased a vehicle pod, the audio will be carried through an FM transmitter to your vehicle radio but can also be heard through the speaker system. 

 

Will there be washrooms onsite?

There will be portable washrooms available onsite with hand sanitizer stations. 

Is the concert rain or shine? 

Yes, the concert will take place in all weather. 

Something has come up and I am no longer able to make it, can I get a refund? 

All tickets are non-refundable.
