Q: Where can I find my ticket and receipt for purchase?
A: After you place an order you should receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don’t see this confirmation in your inbox or your junk email folders, click here to have it resent. Still not seeing it? Q: How do I know where I’m sitting?
A: Your ticket will tell you which section you are in. All tickets are General Admission within that section, unless otherwise specified.
Q: Where is the Wanderers Grounds Stadium?
A: The grounds are located at 5819 Sackville Street in Downtown Halifax.
Q: How do I get to the stadium?
A: The stadium is a 10 minute walk from the Argyle Entertainment District and Spring Garden Road and is a 20 minute walk from the Halifax Ferry Terminal. Halifax Transit will stop immediately outside the main gate and can be reached by most major routes.
Q: Is there parking?
A: There are over 800 parking spaces available at a $5 event rate through a partnership with Partners for Care. All proceeds from parking will support patient care at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Please note that prices are subject to change on an event basis.
Q: What is the age requirement for a “youth” ticket?
A: A youth is considered to be a child aged twelve (12) and under.
Q: Does my infant need a ticket?
A: Fans who have celebrated their second birthday are required to have a ticket to gain entry to the stadium. Prior to their second birthday, children may sit on the lap of an accompanying adult provided they do not obstruct the view of those around them.
Q: What does my ticket get me?
A: A ticket permits entry into the stadium. Re-entry is not permitted after you have exited the grounds.
Q: What is the refund/exchange policy?
A: We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets, unless there is a game postponement or cancellation.
Q: What happens in the case of inclement weather?
A: All ticketed events will take place rain or shine. In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, Wanderers Grounds will announce policies and procedures at that time. Umbrellas are not allowed within the grounds. Fans are reminded to dress for the weather and encouraged to bring raincoats or ponchos.
Q: Can I scalp or sell my ticket?
A: Tickets cannot be bought or sold at the Wanderers Grounds in accordance with the City of Halifax by-laws. Anyone caught attempting to sell tickets may be prosecuted. To avoid issues with counterfeit or invalid tickets, fans are encouraged to purchase tickets only through Ticket Halifax.
Q: When do the gates open?
A: Gates are open either one hour or 30 minutes before the game start time. This will vary on an event-by-event basis and will be outlined on the ticketing website at the time of purchase.
Q: Are there washrooms on site?
A: Yes, there will be portable washrooms onsite.
Q: Will there be food and drinks onsite?
A: Yes, food and beverages will be be available but options will be limited due to the temporary nature of the venue. Outside food and beverage is not permitted on the premises. Sealed or empty, reusable, clear water bottles up to one litre in size are permitted in the stadium. These may be subject to inspection upon entry. *Please note that the 2018 Turkey Bowl is an unlicensed event*
Q: What is the alcohol policy?
A: Alcohol from outside the stadium cannot be brought into the Wanderers Grounds. Any person found inside the stadium with alcohol not purchased inside the grounds may be subject to immediate ejection with no compensation. A person may not enter the stadium in an intoxicated state. Any person found on the property in an intoxicated state may be removed from the premises. Any person purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and be able to produce acceptable photo ID proving their age.
Q: Can I bring in a flag/sign/banner?
A: Yes, these items are permitted as long as they are event related and in good taste. These cannot be commercial, political, or offensive. Items are subject to removal at the discretion of Wanderers Grounds.
Q: Am I able to bring in a backpack?
A: Small bags are allowed but may be subject to inspection upon entry.
Q: What if I require accessible or wheelchair seating?
A: We will have accessible seating on site for those who require it. If you or one of your party require accessible seating, please select an accessible ticket at checkout. The suggested point of entry nearest to this section is Gate D. We are able to guarantee one (1) companion seat per accessible seat required.

Q:What can I bring?
A: No outside food or drink will be allowed. Bags on site are limited to small backpacks and purses, with all baggage subject to search at the entry gate.

A: Small handheld video cameras are permitted. Still photos or video must be for personal use only.
